
Mediterranean Pasta Salad
A vibrant and satisfying pasta salad packed with fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, olives, and tuna. Perfect as a light lunch or a crowd-pleasing dish for warm days.
Ingredients

mozzarella balls⚖ 200 g 🧀 1⅔ pcs

baby plum tomatoes⚖ 250 g 20¾ pcs

Instructions
- Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the farfalle, stir once, and cook for about 10 minutes or as directed on the packet.
- Meanwhile, wash the baby plum tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Slice the green olives. Wash the fresh basil and set aside.
- Place the tomatoes into a large salad bowl and tear the basil leaves over them. Add 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil and mix gently to combine.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it into a colander and run cold water over it to cool it quickly. Toss the cooled pasta into the salad bowl with the tomatoes and basil.
- Add the sliced olives, drained mozzarella balls, and chunks of tuna. Mix everything well and let the salad rest for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to mingle.
- Just before serving, season generously with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle over the remaining 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
