
Honey Teriyaki Salmon
Tender salmon fillets glazed in a rich honey-soy teriyaki sauce, pan-fried to perfection and finished with toasted sesame seeds. A quick and flavourful weeknight dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, 30 ml of sake, and honey until well combined to make the teriyaki glaze. Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and coat them thoroughly on all sides.
- Heat 15 ml of olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the salmon and pan-fry on both sides until cooked through and the glaze has thickened and caramelised, approximately 3–4 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with 60 ml of sesame seeds and serve immediately.
