Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat. Fry the peppers, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes until blistered, wilted, and slightly charred. Alternatively, heat an air-fryer to 205°C for 3 minutes and cook the peppers in the same way.
- Transfer the peppers to a serving plate and season generously with sea salt. Serve with dips or as part of a tapas spread.
