Instructions
- Mix together the chopped tomatoes, finely chopped garlic, 45 ml of olive oil, and a pinch each of salt and pepper until well combined. Keep the tomato mixture in the fridge until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, toast 20 baguette slices until golden and crisp. Spoon a little of the tomato topping onto each piece of toast. Tear the jamón Serrano into pieces and place one piece on top of each slice before serving immediately.
