
Thai Beef Stir-Fry
A quick and flavourful Thai-inspired stir-fry with tender beef strips, fresh chilli, and fragrant basil in a savoury oyster sauce. Ready in minutes, it pairs perfectly with steamed jasmine rice.

Beef⚖ 400 g 🥩 1⅔ pcs

Vegetable Oil⚖ 27.2 g 💧 29.6 ml 🥄 2 tbsp

Red Chilli⚖ 45 g 🌶️ 1 pcs

Oyster Sauce⚖ 30 g 💧 28.6 ml 🥄 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over a high heat until smoking hot. Pour in 30 ml of vegetable oil and swirl it around the pan, then add 400 g of beef strips and the sliced red chilli. Cook, stirring constantly, until the meat is lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
- Pour over 30 ml of oyster sauce and continue to cook, stirring, until the sauce is heated through and coats the beef evenly. Stir in a handful of fresh basil leaves and serve immediately with plain steamed rice.
