
Bean & Sausage Hotpot
A hearty, warming one-pot dish of browned sausages and butter beans simmered in a rich tomato sauce with a hint of treacle and mustard. Perfect served with crusty bread or rice.

Instructions
- In a large casserole, fry the sausages over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned all over — about 10 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and stir well to combine, then stir in the butter beans (1200 g), black treacle (1 tbsp) and English mustard (1 tsp). Bring to a gentle simmer, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes until everything is heated through and the flavours have melded together. Serve with crusty bread or rice.
