Instructions
- Whisk together 250ml mayonnaise, the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard and 1 teaspoon celery salt in a small bowl until smooth. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the shredded white and red cabbage, grated carrots, diced onion and sliced celery to the dressing. Mix thoroughly until everything is well coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve β the slaw can be made up to 1 day ahead.
