
Fresh Sardines

Instructions
- Wash the sardines thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry, then roll each fish in flour to coat evenly, shaking off any excess.
- Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep pan for frying. Fry the sardines in the hot oil until golden and crispy on all sides. Transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil. Season with salt and serve hot or cold with a wedge of lemon.
