
Grape-Nut Ice Cream

Instructions
- In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip 480 ml of cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in 400 ml of sweetened condensed milk and 5 ml of vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Fold in 240 ml of Grape-Nut cereal and stir until the cereal is evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container such as a loaf pan. Press a sheet of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the ice cream to prevent freezer burn, then cover the container with a lid or additional wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the freezer and allow it to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before scooping and serving.
