Diesel

A classic British pub mix of lager and cider with a splash of blackcurrant cordial that gives the drink its distinctive deep, almost Guinness-like colour.

Ingredients

• Lager 1
• Cider 1
• Blackcurrant cordial 1 dash

Instructions

• Pour approximately 280 ml of lager into a pint glass. Add a dash of blackcurrant cordial and stir gently. Top up with approximately 280 ml of cider. The finished drink should be very dark in colour, approaching the appearance of Guinness.
