
Chocolate Avocado Mousse
A rich and creamy dairy-free chocolate mousse made with avocado and banana β naturally sweet, indulgent, and ready in minutes. Perfect served in small cups or shot glasses with a dusting of cacao powder.

Instructions
- Add the cacao powder to your food processor first, then add the avocado, banana, 30 ml honey, 5 ml lemon juice, 5 ml vanilla extract, 30 ml water, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until completely smooth. Since avocados and bananas vary in size, adjust the ratios as you go β aim for roughly equal amounts of both to keep a balanced flavour without either one dominating.
- Taste the mousse and, if you'd like it sweeter, add a few drops of stevia and blend briefly to combine.
- Spoon the mousse into small cups or shot glasses. Sprinkle with cacao powder or cacao nibs and serve immediately. If using a fresh (non-frozen) banana, chill the mousse in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for a cooler, firmer texture.
