
Chocolate Caramel Crispy Squares
A nostalgic no-bake treat combining gooey melted Mars bars and butter with crunchy Rice Krispies, all topped with a smooth layer of milk chocolate. Perfect for sharing and incredibly easy to make.

Rice Krispies⚖ 120 g 💧 120 ml 🥄 8⅛ tbsp

Instructions
- Grease and line a 20 × 20 cm baking tin with parchment paper. Place the chopped Mars bars and 150 g of butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir continuously until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
- Pour the melted mixture over 120 g of Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl and stir until every piece is evenly coated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin and press it down firmly into an even layer. Set aside.
- Melt 150 g of milk chocolate in the microwave in short bursts, or in a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water, stirring until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Krispie base and spread it into an even layer. Leave to set completely in a cool place, then slice into squares and serve.
