
Cocktail Horse's Neck
A classic long drink combining cognac, spicy ginger beer and aromatic bitters, elegantly garnished with a spiral of fresh lemon peel. Simple to prepare yet impressively refined.

Instructions
- Wash and brush an organic, untreated lemon, then use a citrus peeler to cut a long spiral of lemon peel. If the strip is too wide, trim it with a sharp knife to the desired width.
- Fill a tall tumbler glass with ice cubes and drape the lemon peel spiral inside the glass. Pour in 40 ml of cognac, then add 100 ml of ginger beer. Finish with 2–3 drops of Angostura bitters and serve immediately.
