
Dark Caipirinha

Instructions
- Cut the lime into wedges and place them into an old-fashioned glass along with 10 g (2 tsp) of demerara sugar. Muddle the lime wedges and sugar together firmly until the juice is released and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in 75 ml of cachaΓ§a. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and serve immediately.
