Flaming Lamborghini

A dramatic and fiery cocktail made with Kahlúa, Sambuca, Blue Curaçao and Baileys Irish Cream. It is set alight and drunk in one go — not for the faint-hearted.

Ingredients

• Kahlua 1 oz
• Sambuca 1 oz
• Blue Curacao 1 oz
• Baileys irish cream 1 oz

Instructions

• Pour 30 ml of Sambuca and 30 ml of Kahlúa into a cocktail glass and place a straw in the glass for the drinker. Pour 30 ml of Baileys Irish Cream and 30 ml of Blue Curaçao into two separate shot glasses, placing one on each side of the cocktail glass.
• Set the contents of the cocktail glass alight and instruct the drinker to begin drinking through the straw immediately — this drink must be consumed in a single go. As the drinker nears the bottom of the glass, extinguish the flame by pouring in both the Baileys and the Blue Curaçao, then continue drinking until the glass is completely empty.
