
Hot Chocolate to Die For
A rich and indulgent hot chocolate made with fine melted chocolate and creamy half-and-half. Topped with mini marshmallows, it's pure comfort in a mug.

Instructions
- Place the chocolate (340 g), butter (5 g), and vanilla extract (2.5 ml) in the top of a double boiler set over gently simmering water. Stir occasionally until the mixture is completely smooth and melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the half-and-half (240 ml) until fully combined and silky. Pour into mugs, top with mini marshmallows, and serve immediately.
