A rich and warming Spanish-style hot chocolate with a hint of cinnamon and a velvety texture from egg yolks. Perfect for a cosy morning or afternoon treat.

Instructions
- Combine 480 ml of milk with 55 g of sweet chocolate and 2.5 ml of cinnamon in a saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate has fully dissolved.
- Add the 2 beaten egg yolks to the warm mixture and beat vigorously until the drink thickens, taking care not to let it come to a boil. Serve immediately in a coffee mug.
