
Masala Chai
A warming, aromatic spiced tea made with ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Perfect for any time of day when you need a comforting, flavourful pick-me-up.

Instructions
- Bring 480 ml of water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the tea, dried ginger, crushed cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick and black peppercorns, then return to a boil for about 15 seconds. Remove from the heat and let the mixture stand for 1 minute to steep.
- Gently warm the milk in a separate small pot over low heat. Strain the brewed tea through a fine sieve into cups, then add warm milk and sugar to taste. Serve immediately.
