
Coffee Liqueur
A rich homemade coffee liqueur with hints of vanilla, crafted by simmering coffee and sugar syrup before blending with vodka. It requires a few weeks of aging to develop its full, smooth flavour.

Instructions
- Combine 10 tablespoons of instant coffee, 500 g (2½ cups) of sugar, and 600 ml (2½ cups) of water in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 1 hour, then remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, stir in 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of vanilla extract and 950 ml (1 quart) of vodka until fully combined. Transfer the mixture to a sealed jar and store in a cool, dark place for 2–3 weeks to age before serving.
