
Crème de Menthe
A homemade mint liqueur with a vibrant green colour and refreshing peppermint flavour. Mix it into cocktails or pour over ice cream for an indulgent treat.

Instructions
- Combine 1.9 kg of sugar with 1.4 litres of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Once cooled, add 480 ml of grain alcohol, 30 ml of pure peppermint extract, and 15 ml of green food colouring. Stir well to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a clean, sealed bottle or jar and store in a cool, dark place. Allow it to ripen for 1 month before serving.
