
A Night in Old Mandalay
A refreshing tropical cocktail blending light and añejo rums with citrus juices, topped with ginger ale and a twist of lemon peel. Perfect for a relaxed evening with a hint of exotic flair.

Instructions
- Combine 30 ml light rum, 30 ml añejo rum, 30 ml orange juice, and 15 ml lemon juice in a shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with 90 ml ginger ale and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
