
Apricot Lady
A refreshing cocktail combining light rum, apricot brandy, and triple sec, brightened with lemon juice and silkened with egg white. Served over ice and garnished with an orange slice.

Instructions
- Combine 45 ml light rum, 30 ml apricot brandy, 5 ml triple sec, 15 ml lemon juice, and 1 egg white in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well until thoroughly chilled and frothy.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes and garnish with a slice of orange.
