Balmoral Cocktail

A sophisticated Scottish-inspired cocktail that balances the smoky depth of Scotch whisky with sweet and dry vermouth, finished with a dash of bitters.

Ingredients

• Scotch 1
• Sweet Vermouth 1
• Dry Vermouth 1
• Bitters 2

Instructions

• Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes and add 45 ml Scotch whisky, 15 ml sweet vermouth, 15 ml dry vermouth, and 2 dashes of bitters.
• Stir well until thoroughly chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve immediately.
