
Brandy Flip
A classic cocktail with a rich, velvety texture — brandy, whole egg, cream and sugar shaken together and finished with freshly grated nutmeg.

Instructions
- Combine 60 ml brandy, 1 whole egg, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar and 15 ml light cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously until well combined and chilled.
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg. Serve immediately.
