Instructions
- Cut the lime into wedges and place them into an old-fashioned glass along with 10 g of sugar. Muddle the lime and sugar together firmly using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon until the juice is released and the sugar begins to dissolve.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in 75 ml of cachaça. Give it a brief stir and serve immediately.
