Clove Cocktail

A sophisticated short cocktail combining sweet vermouth, sloe gin, and Muscatel wine. Perfectly stirred and served straight up in a cocktail glass.

Ingredients

• Sweet Vermouth 1 oz
• Sloe gin 1
• Wine 1

Instructions

• Combine the sweet vermouth (30 ml), sloe gin (15 ml), and Muscatel wine (15 ml) in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir well until chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve immediately.
