A warming, soothing drink made with fresh ginger and lemon to help fight off the cold. Optionally spiced with cardamom for extra depth.

Instructions
- Juice a 2–3 cm piece of fresh ginger and squeeze the juice from a quarter of a lemon. Pour both juices into approximately 240 ml of hot water and stir to combine. Optionally, add a pinch of ground cardamom for extra warmth and flavour.
