
Aloha Fruit Punch
A refreshing non-alcoholic tropical punch bursting with pineapple, guava and a hint of ginger. Perfect for parties and warm-weather gatherings.

Instructions
- Combine 60 ml water with the ginger root and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes, then strain and discard the solids, reserving the ginger-infused liquid.
- In a small saucepan, dissolve 200 g sugar in the remaining 120 ml water over medium heat, stirring until a clear syrup forms. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix the ginger liquid together with the guava juice, lemon juice and pineapple juice until combined.
- Stir the cooled syrup and the pineapple chunks into the juice mixture. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled before serving.
