
Apple Cider Punch
A warming spiced apple cider punch with hints of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Optionally spiked with rum for an adult twist.

Instructions
- If using whole allspice and cloves, tie them together in a small square of cheesecloth to make a spice bundle.
- Combine the apple cider (approximately 3.8 litres), brown sugar (200 g), thawed lemonade concentrate (180 ml), and thawed orange juice concentrate (180 ml) in a large pot. Add the spice bundle, cinnamon sticks, and ground nutmeg (5 ml).
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the punch is steaming hot — do not let it boil. Remove the spice bundle and cinnamon sticks before serving.
- For an alcoholic version, stir in rum to taste just before serving.
