
Healthy Egg Nog
A lighter take on the classic holiday eggnog made with skimmed milk and egg substitute. Rum is optional, making it easy to adapt for all guests.

Condensed milkβ 384.5 g π§ 293.5 ml π₯ 1ΒΌ cup

Eggβ 50 g π₯ 1 pcs

Milkβ 45 g π§ 43.7 ml π₯ 3 tbsp

Sugarβ 4 g π§ 4.7 ml π₯ 1 tsp

Vanilla extractβ 4.3 g π§ 4.9 ml π₯ 1 tsp

Instructions
- Whip the egg substitute (120 ml) and sugar (45 g) together in a large bowl until well combined. Add the skimmed condensed milk (370 g) and skimmed milk (180 ml) along with the vanilla extract (5 ml) and rum (5 ml, optional). Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavours to meld and the drink to chill completely. Pour into glasses and sprinkle each serving with a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg before serving. Makes 6 servings.
