
Halloween Punch
A festive spiced cherry punch infused with orange peel, ginger, cloves, and a hint of chilli heat. Serve it spiked with vodka for adults or alcohol-free for the little ones.

Instructions
- Tip the cherry juice, orange peel, red chilli flakes, cloves, and ginger into a large saucepan. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Leave to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or up to 2 days β the longer you leave it, the more intense the flavours will become. If serving to young children, remove the chilli after a few hours of steeping.
- When ready to serve, strain the juice and pour it into a large jug. Add 200 ml of vodka at this stage if making the alcoholic version. Serve in glass bottles or glasses with a straw in each, and decorate with a fang sweet dangling from the rim of each glass.
