Lemon Shot

A fun, flame-kissed cocktail shot that combines Galliano, citron vodka, and high-proof rum for a burst of sweet lemonade flavour. Light it up, do it quickly, and finish with a caramelised lemon wedge.

Instructions

• Pour 15 ml of Galliano and 15 ml of Absolut Citron into a shot glass. Place a lemon wedge across the rim of the glass and sprinkle it generously with sugar. Pour a small measure of Bacardi 151-proof rum over the lemon wedge and into the glass.
• Carefully ignite the rum with a lighter and let it burn for a few seconds, caramelising the sugar on the lemon wedge.
• Blow out the flame, do the shot quickly, and immediately suck on the caramelised lemon wedge. When done correctly, the result tastes just like a sweet, refreshing shot of lemonade.
